A human is involved

A member of our team reviews the general wellness materials that AI helps produce. You may ask to speak with a human at any time, and you may ask whether you are interacting with AI or with a person.

Important note about SMS data

All text-messaging opt-in data and consent information is not shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the SMS service. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
